CERIVALON Returns Policy

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.

Return Process

  2. You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with the address for the return shipment.
  3. Securely pack your item, including all original components and the RMA number, and dispatch it to the provided address.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
